Many people feel that it’s not safe to love. They have been burnt in the past and don’t want to get burnt again and that is totally understandable and actually very wise, but what is it that burnt them?

It was not love that burnt them and caused them emotional pain, it was the opposite of love, some kind of rejection, betrayal, loss, grief, upset that has caused the burning that puts up the barrier to not go there again. When we can see that the offending energy / emotion was the negative emotion and not love then we can have a totally different perspective on ‘it’s not safe to love’, because the truth is ‘it’s not safe, or doesn’t feel good to be rejected / betrayed / abandoned. We do need to protect ourselves agains these hurtful and undesirable situations coming up in our lives, and another truth is that love, being a truly high frequency in it’s purest form is our protection against emotional hurt, upset and lower energies.

The question is how do we move out of the hurt and into the love to be protected?

The answer to that question is by releasing all the hurt feelings and lower emotions, and filling with higher frequencies and emotions, along with seeing the truth that Pure unconditional love is good, does not hurt us and is our protection against anything less than Pure Love.

I could probably keep on writing about this, give examples and so on, but sometimes less is clearer and more distracts from the simplicity of a message, so I’m not going to expand on this, but I will summarise what I’ve already said!

• Any emotion that is negative is not love
• Pure Unconditional Love one of the highest frequencies there is, along with Truth, that protects us
• When we are feeling it’s not safe to love, or any similar thoughts / feelings, we are actually not wanting to be hurt again
• We need to see that it is not love that hurt us, but the opposite of love to be open to love again.

Deep down we all want to be loved and so many life issues go back to the root cause of not feeling and being loved, so we really do need to release and heal any energies, thoughts, beliefs, memories in us that are on repeat in our mind that it's not safe to love or fall in love or be in a loving relationship. 

It's actually not safe to be in an abusive relationship and sadly many people get emotionally trapped in the abuse and then blame love for the abuse. It;s time to free our minds and energy from these false beliefs and allow ourselves to let love in, to experience the amazing joy and happiness that love brings us, in all forms.

We are love at our core and we need to let our love flow!
