We know that love is a very powerful emotion, in fact it is the powerful frequency of creation and Divine flow so being aligned with love is essential for us to feel our true essence and be in our true Pure Love creation power. 

Heartbreak is something that tears our heart and emotions apart and can really devastate us and tear us apart. I heard that the only way to break an Angel is by breaking their heart and that struck so true to me, not just for angels but for all Light Souls, that I felt I needed to record these audios to release and remove all energies and frequencies of heartbreak and emotional upset that comes from having our heart broken.

My energy has really shifted and is so much lighter and happier from recording and playing these audios. I feel happier without doing anything and it is a feeling that I've worked hard to feel since forever! I'm now feeling that I should probably have started with these audios and my energy work with heartbreak, but I understand that freeing and clearing our energy is a process and that all the dark and low energies need to go to feel good, so these audios could well be the missing jigsaw piece for me. Having said that I do feel that other energy work will be easier to do if we release and get rid of the heartbreak and emotional upset energies, that have probably haunted most Light Souls for many lifetimes.

Emotions defy logic and heartbreak is definitely something that cannot be logically made sense of, or logically talked out of. We can try really hard to lift ourselves up and talk ourselves into feeling better, but when we feel totally broken hearted then it takes much more than talking and logic to heal our hearts. 

What we need is lots of love, comfort and caring, but we want it from the person who has broken our heart and that is not usually going to happen.

The process of feeling heart broken and working on feeling better is really challenging and hard going, so these audios will make this process so much easier to move out of and feel better.

We need to remember and know that our loved ones would not want us being sad and upset, they would want us to feel happy and be in a high frequency and connect to them in spirit through that high, happy energy. 

Stored energies of loss and grief need to be fully released, because the energy will build and each new loss of a loved one will feel harder and more triggering if we haven't released the stored energies from past losses and grief.
