The attacks on me have been huge and at times it has felt that as soon as I've worked on one issue and shifted it another one pops up or something I thought had gone resurfaces in a major way! This is what happened recently for me with triggers and fear, to the point where a leaf blowing in the wind unexpectedly would trigger my adrenals and have me in a state of fear. Obviously this is ridiculous and impossible to live in a high frequency with this kind of triggering going on, and it wasn't just sudden unexpected movement but noises as well.
I started to do very specific energy work on being triggered and feeling fear and this helped, but I needed this energy work going 24/7 to really shift it all out, a bit like needing the empath audios playing on loop and my Pure Protection audio, so I recorded this energy work for myself and played it on loop and I am pleased to say that this issue has calmed right down now and it is the exception on the general that triggers me, which is far more normal than it was!
If you are living in a state of constant triggers causing fear then I highly recommend this audio for you to calm and end this from being an issue. Life is so much easier when we are not being triggered all the time and are living in state of adrenalin alert and fear. Being out of the triggers allows us to choose our energy, emotion and intentions for the day and our life, rather than the triggers taking over us and wrecking whatever we are or were trying to do.
