With this, and all of my audio sets in this Shift the Frequency Series, I have tried to group similar frequency emotions together, because usually if we have been affected by one then we have most likely been affected by a few others in this same group. 

Ultimately any low energy or emotion being stored in our energy is working against us. It is keeping us anchored in a lower state of being and attracting that low frequency to us, so if we don't want more of the same then those energies, emotions and frequencies need to go!

Guilt

Guilt can be so big for some people, whether it is coming from a religious upbringing that includes a lot of feeling guilty and repenting your sins, or whether it comes from some kind guilt tripping and emotional black mail, it's really not nice to feel guilt popping up and trying to control you and what feel you can and can't do.  Some families use emotional guilt a lot to try and get you to do what they want, this is wrong and very controlling and manipulative.

Having free choice and freedom means that we can choose to do anything we desire, as long as we are not hurting others. Having others, no matter who they are, trying to impose their viewpoint on us is wrong and violates Natural Law and our right of free choice and freedom. So if you're feeling guilty about wanting to release feeling guilty, then know that it is your human right to be free of this. 

Blame

Whether you are blaming yourself for things that you have done or not done, or other people are blaming you, this is not a good energy or mindset to be in. 

We cannot change the past, (unless you can time travel!) so for the rest of us, we need to release the feeling, energies and emotions of blame so that we can change our present and our future. 

Staying in blame is a negative mindset that is keeping you stuck and stopping you from making positive changes and moving forwards. So ask yourself, do you want to stay stuck in blame or move forwards and right the wrongs, whether it's you blaming yourself or someone else blaming you. It is time to move out of these energies, projections and start to live in higher and more positive energies.

Regret & Remorse

This is very similar to blame, in that we cannot change what has happened, so we have a choice of being stuck in the energies of regret and remorse, or releasing and moving out of them to feel happier and live a more carefree life. 

You will be amazed at how much better you feel when you do release and shift out of any of these low emotions and energies. 

Criticism & Feeling Judged

It is very damaging to our self confidence when we have been constantly criticised, judged and put down. Also it can be hard to improve our self confidence and self worth when we have lots of criticism and feeling judged energies stored in us, so releasing and getting rid of these emotions will help us to feel more worthy, confident and live a happier care free life!

You deserve to be happy and to live the life that you desire and choose to live.

Anything, anybody and any energies that are working against you doing that are violating Natural Law and your right of free choice and to live in freedom. What is true about any issue that we face is that if we have that frequency stored in our energy in some way then we will be either attracting more of it or at best struggling to shift out of it. It is only when we have completely cleared our energy of a frequency that we stop attracting it to us and so these audios have been designed to do just that, clear out all the frequencies of sabotage and attacking from your energy, doing this from different angles so no stone is left un-turned.

In the past I have done energy work to release and revoke specific spells that have been done or spells done by specific people, as well as working on all spells and black magic being done. It makes sense to me that revoking the whole frequency of black magic is going to stop you being a flashing target for more of the same.
