There is usually some event that crops up in our life that will require us to be seen, heard and speaking out. For some people this is totally them and they are in their element doing this, for others it can be a worst nightmare or a big dread and this is not good energy to be living in!
We could also find ourselves being pushed by the Universe to step out into our Divine Purpose and be seen, Shine our Light and share our gifts and abilities with others and this can be a little scary or totally freaky, so we really need to release any of these feelings and emotions that are going to make it hard for us speak out, be seen and just shine!

If we need to speak in public then we really want to be feeling confident and not have any stress, worry or anxiety or having a shaking voice, forgetting our speech and having shaking hands so we can't read our notes clearly!
We will speak better and feel so much better when we are feeling calm, confident and focusing on the message that we wish to share rather than the nerves and anxiety that we are feeling and trying to control.

What is true about any issue that we face is that if we have that frequency stored in our energy in some way then we will be either attracting more of it or at best struggling to shift out of it.
