Good Nutrients for Good Health

The quality of the soil that food is grown in has been lacking nutrients for decades. The good old fashioned ways of farming with rotating crops has mostly ended, resulting in the soil being depleted of minerals and nutrients that should be in our fruit and vegetables but isn't unless you buy organic. 

Many people take vitamins and supplements to have all the nutrients that our bodies need, but many of the supplements have added fillers, bulking agents and additives that at best are not needed, and could be toxins and harmful to our system, so again unless you buy organic natural supplements you are still not nourishing your body with poor quality supplements. The price of natural, organic supplements is expensive and is often the cause for many to not be able to afford them.

All vitamins, minerals and nutrients that our bodies need to function well are all a frequency, so we can fill our bodies with those frequencies just as we can fill our body with the frequency of Pure Love.
