- Cosmos flow Pure Love / Pure Stillness to X's body / heart / mind
When you do this, notice what you feel. If you feel a good feeling then the energy is being received and wanted and you can repeat this as much as you want to.
If what you feel isn't good, or if you have negative experiences / attacking energies after doing this, then the energy is not wanted you need to stop doing it.
Flowing Pure Energy to Yourself / Your Life
The above statements can be used for yourself and your life with a little amending.

As you can see it's very simple to set Pure Intentions for yourself and your life. Just remember that you do need to take the physical actions needed for these to happen and that the intentions are guiding you to the best options for you.
